Refund policy
We offer full returns or refunds within 30 days for damaged or lost items. We do not offer exchanges.
Under our 30-day returns policy, you have 30 days from the date you receive an item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by sending us a photo if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), made-to-measure products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). Furthermore, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you as to whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
