What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product and the country.

For made-to-order items: 10 to 20 days;

For items in stock: 1 to 3 working days in Italy and 2 to 5 working days for international shipments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet gone into production (usually within 24 hours), we can amend it. Please contact us immediately.

I have received a faulty or damaged item. What should I do?

Please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, providing photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We offer full returns or refunds within 30 days for damaged or lost items. Exchanges are not available. Read our returns and refunds policy.

I like an on-demand product but it’s out of stock. Will it be available again?

If an on-demand item is listed as “out of stock”, it means it is available for pre-order or is a limited edition.

I like a handmade product but it’s sold out. Can I request a similar one?

Merch such as Blythe Dolls, plush bags or handmade soft toys are limited edition, so each piece is unique. However, it may be possible to create a replica depending on the availability of the materials used. Visit the Custom Items section to check availability, or contact us via the dedicated form.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
